We're searching for a hands-on, mechanically minded Millwright who's ready to weld, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, and conquer mechanical challenges in a fast-paced industrial environment. What You'll Be Doing Every day brings something different — and that's part of the fun.

You'll:

Weld pipe and fabricate mechanical components Repair and maintain conveyor systems, gearboxes, bearings, and industrial machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues like a pro Operate hand tools, power tools, torches, and heavy equipment Work with manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders Handle preventative maintenance, greasing, oil changes, inspections, and repairs Help keep production running safely and efficiently Work indoors, outdoors, at ground level, and occasionally high in the air This is not a desk job — this is a get-things-done job. Qualifications:

Experience as a Millwright or similar mechanical role Welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting experience Knowledge of conveyor systems, bearings, and gearboxes Experience with hand tools and power tools Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical issues Comfortable operating heavy equipment Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments Valid driver's license with clean driving record
