Your role on the team:

Provides support for Maintenance. Oversees Maintenance by tracking work hours, maintaining work orders for all maintenance/project work, managing material purchases used in maintenance/project work and working with the Accounting department to ensure all work is billed correctly. Approves invoices and confirms that work is billed correctly to the customer. Bids and manages project and maintenance opportunities with non-Company customers. Supports management with maintenance needs and bills as needed. Performs the contract maintenance for the assigned buildings. Tracks all time and turns in weekly timesheets. Observes all safety procedures to make certain that hazardous waste is properly disposed. Analyzes, diagnoses, and recommend correction for Company and Customer equipment problems and breakdowns, including conveyor system and forklift fleet.

What you need:

Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university preferred. Minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in electrical, plumbing, building systems, warehouse racking, HVAC, and general maintenance. Experience with repairing conveyor systems. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to communicate with various levels of the organization as well as various levels of the customer's organization. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to interpret schematics and effectively use electrical diagnostic instruments.
