Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across manufacturing or industrial facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders, assets, and maintenance history. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage equipment—and mechanical components. Manage facilities management activities related to HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and general building upkeep. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately. Coordinate with project management teams for large-scale upgrades or installation projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and asset performance; ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times. Foster a proactive safety culture by conducting regular training sessions on electrical safety (including high voltage), equipment handling, and emergency procedures. Skills Proven management experience leading industrial or manufacturing maintenance teams with strong supervisory skills. Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components. Proficiency with CMMS software for scheduling work orders, tracking assets, and maintaining maintenance records. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and industrial maintenance procedures. Ability to read technical schematics and use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate across teams and document procedures clearly. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience supervising diverse teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
