Job Description

We're hiring a welder/fabricator to build stainless steel equipment from start to finish. You'll be cutting, fitting, welding, and assembling parts based on prints. This is hands-on work. You need to show up, work hard, and take pride in what you build. What you'll do Weld stainless steel (MIG/TIG depending on job) Read and follow blueprints Cut, prep, and fit materials Grind and finish parts Work with brakes and basic shop tools Keep your area clean and safe Requirements At least 1 year welding (stainless preferred) Can read blueprints Solid work ethic and reliability Able to lift 50+ lbs Can weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Pays attention to detail What matters most You show up every day You work hard without being told You take ownership of your work
