Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a large-scale petrochemical and fine chemicals manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and improving overall plant performance. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, ensuring optimal operation of critical assets including turbines, compressors, centrifuges, high-pressure steam systems, DCS controls, and electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, including workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime Plan and coordinate maintenance work to minimize production disruptions and optimize resource utilization Drive continuous improvement initiatives (RCM, TPM) to enhance reliability and efficiency Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions Partner with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve plant performance and safety Manage spare parts inventory and materials to balance cost control with equipment availability Develop, track, and analyze KPIs related to maintenance performance and asset reliability Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reporting systems Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting and cost optimization Support capital projects, plant expansions, and process improvement initiatives Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 15+ years of maintenance experience in petrochemical, chemical, or process manufacturing environments Prior leadership or managerial experience in a plant setting preferred Strong hands-on experience with rotating and process equipment Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues In-depth knowledge of modern maintenance strategies and reliability practices Experience with CMMS / maintenance management systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Solid understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Why Join Us? Pay:
