Maintenance Mechanic (Bilingual) Deer Park, TX 77536 From $27 an hour - Full-time From $27 an hour - Full-time As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic you are fully responsible for the predictive and preventative maintenance processing equipment and associated support equipment.

Responsibilities :

Maintain and repair all production equipment and all support equipment Coordinate work duties with Maintenance Manager and Production Manager Proper use and maintenance on all tools. Responsible for daily record keeping, including work orders, material requisitions, and activity reports Responsible for all work being done in a proper and timely fashion. Written and verbal communication with plant Maintain preventive maintenance on all equipment and machinery within the plant Assist with diagnosing problems, dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects Visually inspect and test machinery to detect malfunctions Assist with identifying foreign materials Ensure safety by following all company policies including safety rules, procedures and Lock-out / Tag-out procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, SQF, HACCP, personal safety standards, food safety standards as well as OSHA standards. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Provide your own tools. Electrical experience, low voltage up to 480VAC. Mechanical, pneumatic experience. Read/comprehend manuals and parts schematics. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Climb ladders. Work weekends
