$ 23.70/hr Benefits information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Perform repetitive or non-routine tasks May operate heavy machinery (including forklift) or computer programs Use a variety of tools and retrieve parts Conduct daily set-up of area Troubleshooting Working around or with machinery and power sources such as electricity Ensuring safety, food safety and quality Cleanliness and housekeeping Maintaining a safe working environment Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be at least 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects Willingness to participate on various teams such as HAZMAT Knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, and industrial/electronic controls A strong PLC trouble shooting and problem solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude A strong understanding of industrial controls circuits Demostrate troubleshooting effectiveness Computer literate with Microsoft OS Strong ability to identify priorities and adjust as needed Strong ability to work independently; highly self-motivated, self-directed and be results oriented Preferred Qualifications Previous Cargill Experience Computer skills Previous experience Work history in the last 12 months Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
