Direct Hire Target Pay Rate:
Up to $36/hour ($1 shift differential included)
Shift:
2nd Shift | 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
Overtime:
Paid OT available, including occasional weekends

Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of industrial maintenance mechanic experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with conveyors, pumps, mixers, baggers, sealers, and scales Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, rollers, and gear reducers Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse environments Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support production equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment repair, and minimizing downtime. Electrical experience is not required.
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain industrial production equipment Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, mixers, pumps, baggers, sealers, and related machinery Diagnose mechanical failures and complete root cause analysis Assist with equipment installations and production line improvements Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and repair instructions Maintain maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards Support housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform welding, fabrication, and other maintenance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience required Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Must be flexible for overtime and occasional weekend work Associate's degree or technical certifications are a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
