• $26/hr Job Summary We are currently hiring Operating Mechanics I and II to support production operations at our Tappan, NY manufacturing facility .

These roles are responsible for maintaining production equipment, performing mechanical repairs, and supporting overall equipment reliability. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a stable manufacturing environment with hands-on equipment and opportunities for advancement .

Note:

All new-hire orientation and onboarding will take place at our Orangeburg, NY location , approximately 2 miles from the worksite . Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and production adjustments Assist with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns during production Maintain maintenance documentation in CMMS or maintenance logs Follow all OSHA and plant safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operating Mechanic I (3rd Shift

Qualifications 3-5 years of mechanical, maintenance, or industrial experience Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to use hand and basic power tools High school diploma or GED required Ability to work overnight shift and lift up to 50 lbs Operating Mechanic II (2nd Shift
