Maintenance - Part Time - Woodland Place Apartments

Medallion Management, Inc. Is looking to hire a part

• time maintenance employee for Woodland Place Apartments in Hart, MI. The maintenance staff will have various duties relating to the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
• Ensure that all service requests receive attention within 24 hours.
• Ensure prompt cleaning, painting and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete move-in and move-out checklist with residents when requested.
• Maintain all plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment in good repair.
• Maintain mulch beds and flowers as needed to achieve Medallion Management's curb appeal standards.
• Police grounds daily and remove trash, branches, etc.
• Keep all sidewalks free of ice and snow using equipment and chemicals necessary.
• Check and replace light bulbs on buildings and in parking areas regularly.
• Clean building hallways including floors, walls, light fixtures and windows as needed.
• Clean all common areas such as laundry rooms community room, lobby, etc. as needed.
• Keep furnace rooms and maintenance room clean and neat free of hazard.
• On call for maintenance emergencies every other week.

Requirements:

• Must have own tools
• Credit and criminal history checks will be completed Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, and painting is also preferred. Gardening maintenance knowledge is a plus.
