Job Description

Clean and disinfect trash rooms daily/discard furniture Hose down the parking lot by the lobby entrance and others areas Walk the parking lot and property and pick up debris Empty all trash containers on the property Clean and maintain the pool furniture and area Clean the BBQ grills Drywall repairs Light electrical work Maintain and clean the dock AC filters changed monthly Power washing various areas of the property Painting of various areas
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
