The maintenance person will have the following duties which include but are not limited to: Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure facility continues to run smoothly. Will work on overseeing building systems to make sure they operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Diagnose problems and determine how to correct them . Maintenance to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical and maintaining of the building. Lawn care also will be performed. Will perform other duties as assigned. Pay to be discussed during interview.
