JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for assisting the maintenance team in creating and maintaining all aspects of the preventive, and corrective maintenance programs, including but not limited to time-based maintenance, measurement-based maintenance, stocked parts strategy, project and rebuilding plans, data analysis and reporting. Coordinating and scheduling both preventative, corrective, and rebuild work orders in the CMMS system.
DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
: 1. Maintain maintenance-related coordination and planning in the CMMS system, including setting up new assets, updating existing asset information, and managing maintenance documentation, job plans and PM's. 2. Develop, maintain, and create process improvement for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and strategies for plant, assets based on failure data returned to the CMMS system by technicians and sensors, including contracted maintenance and rebuilds with OEMs. 3. Provide training and support to maintenance department super users on the CMMS system. 4. Develop, maintain and improve asset task lists, bills of material and documentation based on data, in collaboration with maintenance, refrigeration and technical specialists. 5. Compile and distribute reports for asset costs and reliability metrics, in addition to overall maintenance costs and performance. 6. Update and maintain asset budgets on an ongoing basis as maintenance schedules are adjusted. 7. Work cooperatively with the parts room supervisor to ensure that critical parts are stocked at optimal stock and re-order points. Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate with leaders and assigned personnel on enacting those potential changes. Provide detailed and constructive feedback to employees during their shift on their performance and attitude. Attend meetings and training as required. All other duties not listed but requested by Maintenance Management, Senior Leadership, and Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
MUST possess a minimum of one year maintenance or maintenance planning experience in a large manufacturing environment. MUST possess exceptional problem-solving skills. MUST be familiar with manufacturing maintenance requirements. MUST possess skills in communicating in a courteous and professional manner, both verbally and in writing to all team members. MUST have exceptional time management and prioritizing skills. MUST know how to effectively utilize a personal computer and a variety of software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. MUST be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to pass required physical including demonstrating your ability to lift the required weight for each position. Ability to stand or walk for an entire 8-hour shift. Ability to reflect the values of our company in public settings. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience and proficiency utilizing D365 and/or a CMMS system is highly preferred. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a maintenance, engineering, or business administration field is preferred.
