Maintenance Repair Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at buildings, townhomes, and Condominiums in the Chicagoland area. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• On-site Maintenance
• 5 days a week.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs, and snow removal
• Install lighting fixtures, and equipment as needed
• Paint walls, ceilings, other surfaces, and make drywall repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical stamina and strength
• Effective communication skills
• Must have Drivers License and good driving record.
