The ideal candidate is experienced in performing technical and clerical duties in support of staff and has a strong sense of work ethic to perform duties with limited supervision. The primary responsibilities for this role involve scheduling maintenance tasks and planned maintenance activities in the software program . Other day-to-day responsibilities include inventory management, processing orders to sustain supportive supply levels, maintaining and distributing equipment as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience in purchasing or related field, to include basic administrative and office support experience in the use of computers and general office tasks
• Bilingual in Creole and/or Spanish as a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel; inventory management programs; and common technology

• Professionally and effectively interacting with vendors, staff members, and customers
• Knowledge in basic mathematics, data entry techniques, and customer relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedules maintenance tasks and communicates maintenance schedule
• Completes end-of-month physical inventory of supply items
• Orders and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) for new hires
• Orders general and specific company supplies and supports daily use for the tool rooms
• Establishes maintenance inventory of reuse and reserve items; determines use frequency and locks particular items to distribute for use according to appropriate access levels
• Works with urgency and priority tasking; performs price checks between suppliers, requests POs for purchase, places and receives orders, sends Bill of Lading (BOL), and closes PO's
• Receives and unboxes packages, delivers and backstocks items, and upholds organizational expectations
