Job Description
Summary :
Maintenance Senior Technician efficiently performs maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure stable operation of production machinery and utilities based on practical experience and career background, including extensive expertise in electrical systems and PLC control for troubleshooting, modification, and optimization of automated equipment. Through these activities, strives to maintain and improve safety, working environment, and product quality within the company premises, while contributing to productivity improvements. In addition, operates and controls the wastewater treatment system. The role requires not only the prompt restoration of malfunctioning or failed equipment but also routine and scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance tasks, accurate record keeping, and timely reporting.Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, monitor, and record preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance activities Ensure quality, safety, environmental compliance, and efficiency in maintenance operations Design, fabricate, assemble, operate, and test systems and equipment to ensure quality and reliability. Assist in installation and validation of new equipment Respond to equipment failures and implement corrective actions under supervision Create and maintain spare parts lists to ensure continuous production line operation, including implementing annual inventory checks of spare parts Collect and report maintenance data to supervisor for the improvement opportunities Support to maintain security systems (e.g., security camera systems, access control) with vendors. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations related to safety, environment, and operations. Performs facility and equipment check daily and maintains the documents.Qualifications :
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required Expertise and plenty of experience in maintenance such as mechanic, electrical and PLC control 3+ years OSHA safety certification is required EPA certification is preferred HAZCOM certification is preferredNFPA 70E
certification is preferredETA / ISCET
certification is preferredRequired Skills and Competencies:
Ability to operate hand and power tools and Multimeter with safety equipment Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering diagrams, sketches and plans necessary to identify and define work assignments, standards, tools, material and equipment Ability to read and create circuit diagrams Has knowledge and experience in PLC controlMicrosoft Excel:
