Vice President Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Sign & Stencil Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing parking enforcement signs and pavement stencils at various properties managed by CommTow. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Install parking, towing, and property enforcement signs according to company and property guidelines Paint and apply pavement stencils, including fire lanes, reserved parking, visitor parking, and tow-away zones Inspect properties for damaged, faded, missing, or non-compliant signage Perform repairs and maintenance on existing signs and posts Operate tools and equipment safely, including drills, post drivers, pressure washers, paint sprayers, and measuring tools Load, unload, and transport signs, materials, and equipment to job sites Ensure all work is completed accurately, professionally, and in compliance with local regulations Maintain inventory of signs, paint, stencils, and supplies Take before-and-after photos of completed work when required Communicate with dispatch, management, and property managers regarding project status and site needs Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance, construction, signage installation, pavement marking, or a related field preferred Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Basic knowledge of measuring and layout techniques preferred

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs, crawling, pulling, bending, reaching, climbing, and stamina required Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, and other weather conditions
