Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic facilities maintenance team as a Maintenance Staff member, where your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, overseeing facilities upkeep, and ensuring safety standards are met across various settings. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will directly contribute to the seamless functioning of our facilities, creating a safe and productive environment for all. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings for accurate repairs. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to electrical work, welding, painting, and general maintenance activities. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments. Excellent supervisory skills with previous supervising experience in maintenance teams or projects. Effective communication skills in English or Spanish for clear reporting and teamwork collaboration. Leadership qualities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.
