• Responsibilities :

  This position will identify and correct any and all problems involving the community and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. Diagnoses and performs minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
• Electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
• General Carpentry
• A/C and heating systems, appliances (when applicable).
• Water irrigation systems.
• Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings.
• Tile, carpet, flooring.
• Roofing, gutters, fasteners.
• Fireplaces, ceiling fans, Interior/exterior lights.
• Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
• Boiler, gas and electric, gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
• Door locks, P.O. boxes and locks, security systems (where applicable)
• Ceiling leaks, foundations/sidewalks/concrete, walls
• General pool maintenance- pool areas, tile, Jacuzzi, pool furniture

Requirements :

• Position requires at least 5-years' experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent field.
• Certification from trade school
• HVAC certification is required.

Education:

• High school or equivalent level.
