Maintenance Supervisor
- 2nd Shift 3.
JOB SUMMARY
This position will supervise a team of mechanics and ensure daily maintenance goals are met. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Future maintenance work Employee TrainingEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2-year degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance or Technology OR 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance with a food processing background Certifications in Sanitary welding, Boiler operation, Wastewater treatment, and Electrical systems beneficial, but not required Knowledge of Industrial electrical systems, Welding, Boilers, Pneumatics and HydraulicsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Computer proficient- MS Office, AutoCAD Striving Influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem-solver Detail-oriented Able to make decisions quickly Progressive leadership and excellent supervisory skills
