Maintenance Supervisor We are immediately hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the Maintenance staff/shifts to ensure commercial vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs in compliance with company and federal regulations. in our Church Hill, TN location. Supervises and coordinates the Maintenance staff/shifts to ensure commercial vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs in compliance with company and federal regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule regular inspections in compliance with all Federal DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations. Ensure operations of mechanical components by performing PM, rebuilding/troubleshooting procedures on commercial vehicle related equipment such as engines, transmission, drive lines, steering components, suspension, brake system, frames, axles, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, tele-communications, and shop equipment. Appraises performance, coaches, counsel, rewards, and disciplines employees. Maintains harmony among workers and resolves conflicts. Schedule and monitor PM Services, on and off-site repairs, recalls and processing warranty claims. Control equipment downtime by monitoring repair times and assisting employees as needed. Interview job candidates, hire new personnel and responsible for termination of employees, as necessary. Control equipment downtime by monitoring repair times and assisting employees as needed. Produce and provide necessary information to necessary departments by entering data, sorting, processing, and developing reports and recommending options to ensure maximum equipment utilization while maintain scheduled maintenance programs. Assist appropriate personnel with month-end inventory.Excellent Benefits Package including:

Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.WORKING CONDITIONS
Shop environment where continuously exposed to several elements such as, noise, intermittent standing, walking; and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting. Also, may have exposure at times to the outside weather elements.PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
