This role provides hands-on leadership to maintenance technicians and ensures timely and effective response to equipment issues. ... Equipment & Systems SupportMaintain and troubleshoot all plant equipment, including processing, packaging, material handling, and critical utilities (boilers, ammonia refrigeration).Team LeadershipLead, direct, and coach maintenance mechanics, assigning daily tasks and reinforcing safety and performance standards.
Work Order & DocumentationManage work orders in CMMS, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking of activities, and communicating status to the Maintenance Manager.
Cross-Functional SupportCoordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping & Receiving to support uptime, operational efficiency, and food safety compliance.
Facility & Infrastructure MaintenanceSupport maintenance of building systems and infrastructure, identifying and addressing issues to maintain safe working conditions.
Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and promote a strong safety culture.
