Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift Food & Protein Manufacturing | Northwest Iowa Area A well-established and growing protein manufacturing company in Northwest Iowa is looking to add a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to their leadership team. Schedule 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Compensation & Benefits $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary Flexibility for strong candidates Relocation assistance available Strong benefits package PTO & holiday offerings Stable company with long-term growth opportunities What You'll Be Doing Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians during overnight operations Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and processing equipment Drive preventative maintenance efforts and equipment reliability Partner closely with production to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility Assist with training, coaching, and development of maintenance personnel Ensure safety and PSM compliance standards are being followed What They're Looking For Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong electrical troubleshooting background preferred Experience within manufacturing, food production, or protein processing environments Knowledge of PSM programs highly preferred Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus Hands-on leadership style with the ability to support technicians technically when needed Why Candidates Are Interested In This Company Established and growing operation Strong leadership team and plant culture Company continues investing in equipment and operations Opportunity to step into a visible leadership role Team-oriented environment where people tend to stay long term Ability to make a real impact on the floor instead of being "just another supervisor" For immediate confidential consideration, email: hillary.cooley@gogpac.com
