The Impact You'll Make As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of our production floor's reliability and efficiency. From CNC machining centers to semi-automated spray booths, you'll ensure every piece of equipment runs at peak performance. Your leadership will directly influence production uptime, product quality, and the safety of our team—helping us deliver exceptional doors on time, every time. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a small team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, semi-automated spray booths, and other production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime. Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory. Partner with engineering to recommend and implement equipment upgrades or process improvements. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times. What You'll Bring 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Hands-on expertise with CNC machinery maintenance, including spindle alignment, lubrication systems, and control troubleshooting. Experience maintaining and calibrating spray booth systems, including ventilation, filtration, and automated spray equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, and mechanical systems. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team.
