Maintenance Supervisor

Manzanita Oceanfront Inn | Manzanita, OR Maintenance Supervisor The Manzanita Oceanfront Inn is a historic coastal property currently undergoing a full renovation and preparing for an exciting new chapter. Formerly known as the Sunset Surf Inn, this beloved oceanfront hotel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the transition from construction to operations and help maintain a high-quality guest experience once open. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of a property.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations once the hotel opens Perform routine and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, common areas, and exterior spaces Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and brand/property expectations Assist with final pre-opening punch-list items as renovation concludes Maintain maintenance logs and inventory of tools and supplies

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hotel or multi-unit property maintenance preferred Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a coastal environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, with some flexibility during the pre-opening phase Pay based on experience Employment start date aligned with completion of renovation
