Maintenance Supervisor

Property Maintenance Technician AAMCI is hiring a Lead Maintenance employee to join our team at a 56-unit Senior/Disabled community in Alderson, WV. Full time position Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Starting at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, On call premium. The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive. This position participates in on-call emergency for evening, weekends, and Holidays, and pays a premium rate of pay for each call out. AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Perform preventive maintenance Diagnose mechanical problems Assemble, install and repair wiring, electrical or electronic components Assemble pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drill, and wrenches) to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices Unit Turns Complete work orders Landscaping - Mow lawn, weed eating, weeding, mulching Order parts as necessary Recording type and cost of repair work Qualifications necessary for success:

HVAC/EPA

Certified preferred Handyman experience Power tools Painting Drywall Plumbing Electrical Lawncare, mowing, weed eating, mulching- Must be able to mow with a zero-turn mower Ability to adhere to work safety program Ability to perform all duties including but not limited to lifting, climbing, standing, bending, loading, unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weather Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn?
