Maintenance Team Lead

Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all facilities and equipment. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools; execute repairs on HVAC systems, industrial machinery, and facility infrastructure. Coordinate projects involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and automation upgrades to enhance operational efficiency. Supervise the implementation of maintenance management procedures aligned with manufacturing or facilities management best practices. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance activities; conduct safety training sessions for team members. Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities in supervising maintenance teams. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance including mechanical systems, electrical circuits (high/low voltage), HVAC systems, and schematics interpretation. Proficiency with CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance planning. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems within manufacturing or facilities environments. Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical blueprints accurately. Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting, team coordination, and safety instructions.
