Maintenance Tech I

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following duties: Establishes and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance support system for equipment, all Establishes and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance support system for equipment and tools, spare parts, etc. Manages all preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance at the farm within safe, legal, and permissible limits Administers farm maintenance procedures Coordinates all functions necessary to ensure the efficient and reliable maintenance of the farm for optimized production levels Ensures that an adequate inventory of all materials and supplies are available to support routine maintenance programs. Maintain spare parts history and implement and maintain inventory control. Coordinates needs in conjunction with Maintenance Coordinator for current and upcoming projects Responsible for exterior maintenance Perimeter walks to keep building exterior(s) tidy Light winter snow removal and landscaping Regular inspection of the bunkhouses for cleanliness and repair Operate powered industrial trucks Other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
