We seek candidates with advanced mechanical and electrical skills, strong communication abilities, and proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
Schedule :
Swing shift, Monday-Friday, starting at 3:30 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
Pay :
$35.00-$45.00 per hour, DOE, plus shift differential. Key Responsibilities Integrate MITER's vision and values into daily work, inspiring others to do the same. Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies and PPE requirements. Perform and document preventative maintenance and technical repairs independently. Conduct advanced troubleshooting of equipment and systems, identifying and resolving complex issues efficiently. Lead root cause analysis for recurring and critical equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns. Maintain accurate communication with team members and supervisors. Complete PM work orders and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations documentation (including FIXX entries). Manage parts inventory and collaborate with contractors on projects. Maintain plant utilities and troubleshoot issues with industrial equipment. Requirements 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Technical or trade school degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required. Advanced knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLC experience a plus. Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and use diagnostic equipment. Strong understanding of OSHA and company safety regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication, mathematical, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to perform repairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
