Job Description
- General Facilities & Grounds Farm and Forge Club is seeking a hands-on, proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team.
General Maintenance:
Perform basic plumbing, lighting, fixture, and hardware repairs.Grounds Upkeep:
Support tennis court maintenance (including clay courts), clear debris, and manage seasonal outdoor needs for sidewalks and turf.Facility Support:
Assist with event setup/breakdown and maintain locker rooms and open spaces.Equipment & HVAC:
Operate utility vehicles and power tools; conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.Safety & Inspections:
Conduct routine inspections, follow safety standards, and track completed work.Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of hands-on maintenance or general labor experience preferred.Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of building systems; ability to work from ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.Licensure:
Valid driver s license required. EPA 608 or TN HVAC mechanical licensure is highly preferred for advanced-level placement.Reliability:
Ability to work independently and remain available for occasional after-hours emergency needs. Compensation & Levels This is a non-exempt position with three levels of pay based on experience and technical capability: Level I (Entry/Developing): $21.50- $23.00/hr Level II (Experienced/Independent): $23.50

- Assist with basic plumbing, lighting, fixtures, and hardware repairs
- Support tennis court maintenance, including clay court upkeep after training
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with room and event setup and breakdown
- Maintain restrooms, locker rooms, common areas, and open spaces
- Support outdoor upkeep including sidewalks, fencing, driveways, courts, and turf areas
- Clear debris and manage seasonal outdoor needs
- Operate equipment such as utility vehicles, tractors, and basic power tools
- Track completed work and communicate issues to the facilities manager
- Conduct/assist with HVAC inspections and change filters as needed
- Perform on call duties as needed/assigned
- Ensure the environment is safe and working properly
- Perform other duties as assigned
