Looking for Maintenance Technician in the San Gabriel Valley Area Must have own Transportation Gas mileage $0.70/mile Cell phone allowance $30 Must have tools, if not the company will provide but you must sign a waiver Multiple stops Must be experienced Available to start asap

Pay Rate:

$23 - $25/hr Must speak English, Bilingual a plus Interviews are in

Montclair CA Weekly Pay Common Maintenance & Repair Tasks General & Preventative Tasks Plumbing:

Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing faucets.

Electrical:

Replacing light fixtures, repairing outlets, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues.

Appliances:

Diagnosing and repairing common household appliances like refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.

Drywall & Painting:

Patching holes, repairing drywall, and applying fresh paint to walls.

Doors & Locks:

Repairing or replacing doors, installing new locks, and re-keying lock tumblers.

Flooring:

Performing minor repairs or replacements of flooring and carpet.

Inspections:

Regularly inspecting units and common areas to identify maintenance needs.

Routine Upkeep:

Performing cleaning tasks, maintaining landscaping, and ensuring common areas are tidy.

Unit Turnovers:

Preparing vacant units between tenants, which often involves painting, patching, and fixture installation
