Early Intervention Specialist/Infant Development Specialist

Job Description Position Responsibilities :

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development. Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families. Provide home-based services to families across the San Gabriel Valley area. Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families. Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan. Complete semi-annual reports to document children's progress. Must attend any required training. Position Requirements Minimum requirements for interested candidates are a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Education, Psychology, or a related field, along with 1 year professional experience working with children from infant to toddler. Must have a valid California Driver's License with Insurance and maintain a clean driving record. Ability to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation needed. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification. Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies. Working knowledge of Word, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams. Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Bilingual in Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
