Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the hotel's equipment and building systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and has a strong eye for detail, along with solid technical knowledge and physical stamina. ⚙️

Responsibilities:

Perform minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, patching walls, and touch-up painting 🎨 Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify and resolve issues Install appliances and equipment as needed Complete routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs 💡 Inspect and troubleshoot building systems (e.g., HVAC, ventilation) Maintain outdoor areas including lawn care and trash removal 🌿 Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms) 🚨 Collaborate with contractors and team members during repairs or renovations Report maintenance needs and completed work to the Chief Engineer (if applicable) 🧠

Skills & Qualifications:
