Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our mobile home communities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, properties and dealing with service request on mobile homes, plumbing/water issues. Your expertise will help keep our environment safe, efficient, and reliable, supporting our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components with precision and attention to detail. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing mechanical support and ensuring safety standards are met. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports for all work performed; document repairs using schematics and technical documentation. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex repairs or installations to ensure timely completion. Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests to restore critical systems and uphold safety protocols. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and equipment repair. Renovating Mobile Homes. Paint, flooring, dry-wall. Service technician experience with a focus on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, or related mechanical equipment. Knowledge of construction practices related to facility maintenance or upgrades. Leadership skills capable of guiding team members or contractors during maintenance projects. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
