Maintenance Technician - $15 - $22 (HSB)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will focus on light, routine maintenance tasks and preventative inspections across approximately 30 luxury homes in the Horseshoe Bay area. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform light maintenance tasks, including: Replacing air filters Changing light bulbs Tightening fixtures and hardware Basic touch-up work as needed Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on all assigned properties to identify and address issues before they become major repairs. Complete detailed inspection reports with photos and notes. Communicate maintenance findings to management and coordinate repairs when needed. Ensure all tools, materials, and supplies are properly stocked and maintained. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards while on-site.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor when working in client homes. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between properties. Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for work orders and reporting.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position, Need to be available

Fri, Sat and Sun Pay:

Competitive, based on experience. ($18 - $25 per hour) Gas Benefit -> $100
