Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team supporting the repair and maintenance of building systems and equipment. Our team ensures a safe, reliable environment by carrying out essential maintenance tasks critical to day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist the operations team with maintenance and repair of building and equipment, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment servicing. Perform general interior maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing repairs and lighting system upkeep. Complete special tasks as assigned, including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general facility upkeep. Remain on call for after-hours emergencies, comply with all safety procedures, and participate in technical, safety, and operational training programs.

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Class B UST Certification and a valid state driver's license. Minimum of one year of experience in building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical. Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, possess mechanical and electrical aptitude, and successfully pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.
