Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Mark, IL Shift:

2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11 pm and will include overtime) There will also be a rotating on call schedule for weekends (pick one) Potential for Long term hire Express Employment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support and maintain CNC machinery and facility equipment. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting experience who can keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on AC/DC systems up to 480V Work with electrical components such as starters, overloads, fuses, circuit breakers, and switches Maintain and troubleshoot air compressors and air dryers Perform ball screw replacement Maintain lathe turrets, including verification and alignment Complete CNC preventative maintenance (PMs)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance Experience working with CNC machines and controls Ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently Familiarity with industrial maintenance tools and procedures
