2nd shift | 3:00pm - 12:00pm
Target Pay Rate:
$34.00 - $37.00/hour (includes shift differential) +
OT Benefits:

Must-Have Skills:
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Basic electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading Welding and fabrication experience Preventative maintenance experience Ability to work in cold production environments
Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility maintenance within a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial processing and packaging equipment Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and read electrical schematics Assist with installation of production and packaging equipment Perform welding and fabrication on stainless and carbon steel components Maintain facility equipment, buildings, and grounds as needed Utilize hand tools and machine shop equipment for repairs and modifications Follow GMP, OSHA, EPA, and food safety regulations at all times Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Food or meat manufacturing experience is a plus Familiarity with
FSIS/USDA
