This role is responsible for inspections and repairs to handling electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. A crucial part of this role is to keep detailed records and coordinate with external vendors, when necessary to ensure the property is always in top-notch condition, enhancing the satisfaction of both staff and visitors alike.
