Job Description
Overview We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join a highly disciplined, automation-focused manufacturing operation. This is a role for a technician who values craftsmanship and precision over "putting out fires." You will be joining a clean, structured facility that utilizes advanced robotics and automated systems to supply high-quality components to the automotive industry. This is not a typical "fix-it-when-it-breaks" environment. We are looking for a process owner who wants to build for the long term. You will play a critical role in optimizing equipment uptime, integrating new technologies, and refining processes to ensure our plant operates at peak efficiency. If you are a patient, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to grow with a company that has significant room for expansion, we want to hear from you.
