As a Maintenance Technician About us Ares Steel is a family owned an operated rebar fabrication plant in Riviera Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery that require knowledge of controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, and general mechanical components.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from machine operators
• Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Fabricate or repair equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Experience:

• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Leadership skills to supervise external contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
