$30 - $40 per hour Job Details - We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, repair, and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while minimizing downtime and supporting production uptime goals. Responsibilities Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics Diagnose electrical controls including sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and basic PLC-related issues Support maintenance and repair of CNC machinery, machining centers, grinders, lathes, and related production equipment Conduct root cause troubleshooting and implement long-term corrective actions Perform machine setup support, alignments, lubrication, and precision adjustments Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency repairs as needed Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in CMMS or maintenance logs Assist with continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and OSHA standards Required Experience 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and power transmission Working knowledge of industrial controls, sensors, VFDs, and basic PLC troubleshooting Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals Experience with preventative maintenance programs and root cause analysis Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Machining, corrugated, converting, or CNC equipment experience is a plus A bit about us: - We are a precision industrial manufacturer and service provider supporting customers with highly engineered components, repair services, and production solutions that help keep critical manufacturing operations running.
