Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting routine maintenance across various systems. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive appliance repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues across a variety of equipment and systems. Perform various landscaping duties. Complete vacant unit turn arounds. Duties include but not limited to: cleaning, painting, stripping/waxing of floors, and various repairs. Experience Proven service technician experience with a strong background in appliance repair and equipment maintenance. Construction or building maintenance background is a plus for handling facility repairs. Requirements Must possess sufficient strength and agility to perform the physically demanding aspects of the job in a variety of weather conditions. Incumbents must live within a 30-minute drive of the housing office and are subject to being called out in the event of maintenance related emergencies. A valid TN driver's license. Graduate from high school or equivalent.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
