Primarily indoor ( 95%+ climate‑controlled ) Job Description The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, pulling, and staging orders, as well as performing basic computer data entry for receiving documentation. This role is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity , offering long‑term potential for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and team fit. This is a detail‑oriented role in a clean, organized, and mostly indoor environment , requiring a balance of warehouse operations and basic computer tasks. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a team setting. Must‑Haves Minimum 6 months of computer experience (comfortable using systems; not intimidated by computers) Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience , including sit‑down forklift operation Stable work history with minimal employment gaps Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication Qualifications Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred) Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Forklift operator experience required Ability to lift to 50 lbs (most lifting below this range) Ability to stand and walk for a full 8‑hour shift Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for delivery Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Perform data entry and manage receiving documentation Operate a sit‑down forklift safely and efficiently Maintain warehouse organization, accuracy, and cleanliness Ensure the warehouse is clean, secure, organized, and safe at all times Job duties may align with roles such as:
