Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC ("Foshee") is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the vibrant Biloxi, MS area! • Key Responsibilities:

• As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our multi-family community remains in top shape. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Troubleshooting and performing essential repairs across the community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical work, as well as installing new appliances when needed.
• Promptly completing resident service requests to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintaining the exterior of the property to uphold an attractive and welcoming curb appeal.
• Adhering to all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail and showcasing organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Providing outstanding customer service, especially when managing challenging situations or difficult customers.
• Fostering collaboration by working independently as well as part of a team.
• Being on-call to respond promptly to after-hours emergencies.
• Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

• Qualifications and Experience:

• We are looking for candidates who possess:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, with required

EPA & HVAC

certification.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multitask while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
