Full-Time Position Overview We are hiring an Entry-Level Helper to assist with residential repairs, maintenance, and small remodeling projects. This role is for someone who wants to learn the trades, work hard, and grow into a skilled technician. You will work directly under a lead technician supporting job completion, setup, and daily production.

Key Responsibilities Assist with:

Demo, prep, and cleanup Material handling and tool setup Basic drywall prep, sanding, and patching Assisting with installs (fixtures, trim, doors, etc.) Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow direction and stay productive throughout the day Take photos / notes when requested Learn proper techniques and safety practices Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable) Ability to follow direction and stay on task Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Basic tool familiarity or willingness to learn quickly Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Performance bonus based on: Reliability and attendance Work ethic and attitude Skill development and growth Growth Path Opportunity to move into a Field Technician role based on performance, consistency, and skill development.
