You'll primarily make sure our our apartments and homes are rental ready by regularly inspect our buildings for any damage, and conducting routine maintenance to keep it running our homes are running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Responsibilities Very good painter to help make the apartments ready Good with minor quick drywall repairs Very comfortable with plumbing and pex tolls...we get a lot of leaks or lines that need replaced Conducting routine maintenance on HVAC equipment is a bonus- example is knowing how to replace a thermalcouple Knowing how to install windows and doors is huge Being neat, clean, and effecient along with being able to troubleshoot a problem and take innittive to tackle a maintenance issue isr requried. Some general landscape is prefered to keep these properties looking sharp as well. Qualifications At least 3 years of maintenance experience Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Just being able to paint well! Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated individual able to handle multiple priorities and tasks within fast-paced environments.
