Maintenance Technician

Cherry Creek Village Retirement Community is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities will include updating apartments when they become vacant with new paint, flooring if needed, tile and generally any repair that may be needed. You will also be responsible for repair to all areas of the facility inside and outside. We will be doing a good bit of outside sprucing up once the weather permits so you should be comfortable working on exterior walls and roofs. We are looking for a self motivated individual who has experience with plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, hanging sheetrock and painting.
