You'll help maintain and repair equipment and building systems across the plant, warehouse, and office building. You'll report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Working Hours Full-time, middle shift with occasional overtime as needed Shift Type Day Key Responsibilities Do general repairs and replacements (mechanical, electrical, building/structural, and basic construction-type work) Help install equipment and do preventative maintenance to keep things working right Help with plumbing and building heat systems when needed Inspect equipment and report problems Keep your work area clean and safe, and report safety issues to management Help outside contractors when they're on-site (they may be leading the repair work) Do other tasks as assigned Physical & working conditions (Realistic Job Preview) Schedule & Shifts This a middle-shift position, working from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime.

You should be comfortable with:

Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally Climbing 3 flights of stairs to blending towers multiple times per shift Working around year-round weather elements (parts of the job may be exposed) A manufacturing environment with equipment, noise, dust, and safety rules Wearing personal protective equipment Required Education & Skills High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred not required. Work Environment Work Environment This is a heavy industrial aluminum powder manufacturing facility with furnaces, molten metal, powder processing equipment, noise, and dust. Parts of the facility are exposed to outdoor weather year-round, and all work is on-site. This company operates with a strong safety-first culture. PPE is required, safety protocols are followed closely and keeping each other safe is part of the job every single day.
