Maintenance Technician

We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community - Cottages at Cades Cove (277 units) - located in Maryville, TN . Hourly rate $24.00 per hour based upon HVAC certification and experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
